Manthan

Manthan was set up in 1996 in Ahmedabad as training, development and counselling centre. It expanded and widened its horizons to enhancing organization development and institution building processes. Its objective is to make a difference at individual, social, professional and organizational levels such that there is unfolding of capabilities, commitments, performance and above all a sense of well being.

It is run by a group of committed and trained professionals who are committed to the objective and philosophy of the centre. Manthan has expanded its reach over the decade in terms of its purpose, its tasks and its own capabilities. It responds to diverse groups of people, organizations, industries and institutions.
